Why are you happy? Were you always happy? Any wisdom you feel like sharing to others wanting the same thing?

In my opinion, real happiness comes from success in any field. Since success is always a journey, not destination; so also happiness! Another important thing is that if you want to remain happy always, then make others also happy always by treating them as the real source of your happiness. Happiness only results from happy environment and honest work. Be happy honestly and truly. thanks.

Happiness depends on attitude. It cannot be a long lasting one but can be enjoyed in every moment of life we live. Its in us to feel happiness and make others happy too.I personally like to live a happy life with people surrounded me.offcourse i get frustration sometimes but which will not last too long and have the capability to overcome depression and bring back happiness in me.Trying to be happy always..

I'm am the happiest person I know, in all my friends and family, and that actually sometimes frustrates some of my friends, they always keep asking me why I'm so happy all the time because they think that they can't see anything much in my life that is particularly that good. Well, I'm currently unemployed, not that I mind that, and single, and I never got a chance to finish my college because of finances. But I have my own secrets to being happy, which are really no secrets at all. The only trick is to find what's good in our lives. We all have our share of good and bad. It's finding that good and working with it, and making it an important part of your life, it's about focusing on the positive and living in the present instead of regretting the past or worrying about the future. I take joy in the little and the big things in life. I have great family and friends, I take pleasure in learning new things from time to time. I have fun playing video games. I think that most of us have a privileged life, with food to eat, a shelter and clothing on our backs, and yet people seem to be complaining all the time. I guess one way to see it would be to compare yourself to the people who don't even have the basic necessities of life, and then realizing how lucky we are, that should make us happy, content and grateful. It's no secret.

For most part I think I have not been happy with myself. I know the problem. The problem is that I always set higher goals for me. When I reach one goal I go for some other. That way my goal is always elusive. I also feel unhappy because of the things around. I can't understand why some people in this world do not allow others to live freely and in peace. Why are these people bent upon disturbing world peace, endless destruction and senseless killings. I feel unhappy because I see so much suffering around me. I have so many reasons to be unhappy. It is really hard to be happy and to laugh. But I do laugh, smile, enjoy good food and music, good company, nice places etc.

I used to be a very hyper active, ambitious person but now I accept life as it comes and have learned to enjoy what I have, this makes me happy.
