presidential probe promotes cheney

Apparently VP Cheney gets to assume the reins of power for a few hours. Prs. Bush is going in for a colonoscopy that will require anesthesia. In accordance with the 25th Amendment, the VP will be acting as president until the anesthesia wears off.

I tried and tried, but all I could come up with was "VP takes charge while President gets it in the a$$". LOL
