How to prevent Back Pain ?

I use to sit in front to my computer for long time, suggest me some tips or ideas to cure prevent back pain in future

I would suggest get a good ergonomically chair and be sure that the height is right and your eyes are right on the computer screen. Sit up straight and do not slouch. Also sit ups and crunches help. If your stomach is weak, you will have a weak back.

We have the same problem sitting infron ot the computer for the long time my back is aching.
Sometimes I put it liniment lotion them my daughters message it.
But somtimes it doesn't work I must go to the massage therapist to treat my back ache.

In learning how to prevent back pain, keep your posture in mind. The most important preventive measure for lower back pain is practicing good posture when standing and sitting.
Your sitting posture may be even more important A good chair bottom supports your hips comfortably but doesn't touch the backs of your knees. Your chair back should be set at an angle of about 10 degrees and should cradle the small of your back comfortably. If necessary, use a wedge-shaped cushion or lumbar pad. Your feet should rest flat on the floor. Your forearms should rest on your desk or work surface with your elbows almost at a right angle.

One thing I have found is very simple. Just sit straight the entire day and you wont have the back pain. I found that most of the time we dont sit straight which make the backbones strain and so we develop the back pain.
If you still find the pain, then you can some Yoga, that can do wonders to your back pain. Trust me, you will never regret for praticing Yoga.

i have a small pillow in the bottom of my back as i sit in the computer chair and take some breaks get up and walk
