Choose whole grains such as whole wheat or red bread, brown or bulgur rice that are rich in fiber. Fresh or frozen vegetables without added sause, fat or salt are good for diabetic food plan. Choose more dark green and deep yello vegetables like spinach, broccoli, romaine, carrots, chilies and peppers.
Add fruits in your diabetic diet plan. Fruits in citrus family like orange, grapefruits or tangerines are good to choose. You can also opt for juices but without sweeteners.
