What is Leadership quality

Here is my own dictionary of leadership; Intelligence: must be intelligent Competence: must be competent to lead Honesty: Must be honest in and out Self-confidence: Must have confidence in his own ability to lead Vision: Must be visionary Open-mindedness: Must be open minded and be ready to share experiences Timeliness: Must be time consicious and act timely Fairness: Must lead with love to all and malice to non Determination: Must be determined to lead effectively and successfully Creative: Must be creative either by hook or by crook

In the first place, one who want to go into leadership should consider what he/she feels for people. I mean, one should consider the level of care/sympathy/love/affection etc he or she have for people before considering him/herself for leadership. One of the leadership qualities is the ability of one having the vision, perseverance (determination), longsuffering, ability to decern etc. A leader is someone who will be there when the people under him/her needs him/her. A leader is someone who is always ready to attend to the call of the people. A leader is he/she who is never ready to dance to the tune of of greedy or evil men. a lider take his own actions! but sometimes he will ask some people who trust in them like his dad or some somebody older!a lider respect peoples and his friends from his work place.
