Have you ever had those dreams that just spook you out?

Yeah i used to get such dreams when i was around 15 years old. At times i used to get up startled in the middle of the night. These dreams continued for a year or so and then it stopped.

The most horrible dream I ever had is one involving my driving. I dreamt of driving over a child who happens to cross the street. I suddenly woke up and was really freaked out. It happened twice. I dreamed of it two consecutive nights. Because of that I am a more safer driver right now, always on the look out for potential accidents.

I don't often remember my dreams. According to a sleep study I don't get enough deep sleep. But I've had a few nightmares that were memorable. I remember once dreaming that my ex-husband and his new wife were litterally cutting my throat. It was so real that I called out in my sleep and someone had to come in and wake me. At the time they were figuratively cutting my throat bay refusing to pay child support and we didn't have money to live on. Things were very difficult for me and my children.
