using a new template, other than the one found,say in blogspot.

There are some readymade templates that are available for one to choose, in blogspot.com. I think the same is the case in other one's such as wordpress etc..
If i want to use the other templates available for free downloads, how can i select the template, in a making a blog, in blogspot?

When you contact with persons, who oft have their thinking, aim, ambition at a higher plane, then it is natural that one can try to do atleast a part of it of what they have achieved..
