I have seen many video in which people are explaining tips and tricks in videos of there own desktop .................but i dont know how can i make that kind of video can anyone explain .......?

I would reccomend Fraps. The free version should get you started and if you want the full version and you "know where to look" then get the full version because its the best one to use in my experience.

use virtualdub for making video,find the tool with goole
this is friendly user software and free
