lettuce wrap

Hey. Heres a real easy one: Boil up some eggs, to and mash them with a little salt, pepper, quarter teaspoon of curry powder and a real little bit of milk, ok, put all that mix into a few lettuce leaves, along with diced tomato and a drizzle of sweet chill sauce, roll it up and secure it, with a skew or kebab stick... Wallah!!! Feed it to him... You can eat these as a side to any meat, wether it was roasted, fried, boiled or grilled...

Cook some diced chicken or diced extra firm tofu in a soy sauce/garlic/ginger/chili marinade. Cook with diced water chesnuts, carrots, onions and other veggies you have on hand. Serve in a lettuce leaf with some peanut sauce or more of the marinade for dipping!
