Are you a sidewalk superviisor?

They've been working on the highway through our town forever. The construction dust and traffic delays are a pain, but I enjoy watching the heavy equipment in operation. Is this something you like to do? I took a bunch of pictures which I will post on another site, but I thought I would share some with you.

You're having a real blast photographing all this...I'll have to wait until next month to get some film, but maybe I should take it in my head to photograph some of the construction going on near me of an apartment building going up--I'm just trying to figure if I need model release forms though...hehe...generally if you photograph people (thinking about your other photo) you need them to sign one so if the photo is published you won't be sued..maybe that's why I tend to stick to birdies, and flowers...don't think I can get sued by a flower....hehe

I just applied to iphotostock and they mentioned the model releases. I will just submit pictures of people who aren't identifiable. I was bummed out, though, because they won't take any with business names either and a lot of my pics have "Cat" or "Deere" on the machines.

Mmmm..wonder if you could somehow do a little "tweaking" at photoshop to eliminate the names?? By using the retouching gizmo you could match the color of say the truck then apply over the wording to blend in...If you want send me over one of your photos...you have my e-mail...let me see if I can do it for you if you don't know how...
