How many hours do you sleep everyday?

Sleep is important to everyone however what is GOOD and what is BAD? What is too long or what is too short? they say 8 hours are good for children. they say 6 hours are good for adults. Is this true? More than 10 hours of sleep is bad? worst 14 hours of sleep is terrible? is this true also? Do share your thoughts? Personally i sometimes sleep 3-4 hours, some days i sleep 6-8 hours and sometimes 10-12 hours? im not sure if thats bad for my health? If you have some thoughts kindly share.thank you

That usually depends on weather I have work or not when I have work I only sleep up to 7 hours of course sometimes I have a hard time sleeping so I only sleep for only about 4 to 5 hours mainly because its hot and its hard for me to fall assleep. On the weekends and when I dont have work I usually sleep up to 10 hours by sleeping a lot during the day to make up for lost sleep lol.

Hey, if something bad is happening out of your prolonged sleep, then you will not know about it now, you will get to know about it later in your life. 8 hrs. sleep is absolute essential for everybody. I make it a point to not sleep more than 8 hrs. in a single day. It can turn out be less, but never turns out to be more.

I cant answer that. I sleep for as long as mu body will sleep. It is usually between 7 and 9 hiurs though. Anymore than that and I feel awful. My kids on the other hand sleep alot more than that. Usually 8 to 12 hours. I dont know if that is good or not.
