Best Superhero! Who is it?

When I get into discussions with people about who makes the best superhero all I here is Superman, superman, superman, blah blah blah!
I always tell people that I like Batman the best, way more than Superman. People get all angry with me when I say this, and they get serious. "Superman is way better than Batman because Superman actually IS a hero, Batman just has things he made, he doesn't really have any powers."
THAT'S MY ARGUMENT FOR HIM! That's why I think Batman is better! Batman is obviously very smart; he can make all these gadgets that make him a great known superhero! He is a normal person, who risks his life without the ability to fly, without super strength, without laser vision! He relies on his own creations to help him save people, and...HE DOES IT!
Plus, come on...ladies...Batmans costume is so much cooler!

Daredevil is cool too, not a bad outfit either...so I won't yell at your for saying him (jk! I'm not yelling at anyone!)=P
I agree with you about the secret identities though.They are really cool...make them more mysterious and sexy! lol.

I'm sorry, Lily, but I cannot choose a man who wears a hat with horn like shapes, LOL. Nor can I choose a man who wears his underwear outside of his pants. So who do I choose? Wonder Woman!

LOL! Well one reason I don't like Superman is the red underwear outside the bright blue suit! I liek Batmans outfit better just because it's dark with a little bit of yellow (yellow is my favorite color).
I have actually NEVER seen any movie or cartoon with Wonder Woman! So I can't really say if I like her or not! lol.

I wouldn't side with any of them,lol! I'll just give you reasons why people would think that super man a super hero more than any other hero.
1. The basic reason I think is that superman is "super" that is, having super natural abilities like flying, laser vision, great power and strength, blowing air that can crystallize (freeze) or perhaps fire also and things like that. Batman while still being a hero is not having abilities that are super natural and that can be possessed by normal humans. I think it has to do with human tendency to fantasize things that they can't do which they find in superman.
2. Second important factor is probably the sub-conscious pride that people take in relating to "man". People perhaps don't like a "bat" to be more powerful than a "man". Moreover, some people may also dislike or even bats in first place making "Batman" unacceptable to them.
Having said that, I do understand your reasoning and perhaps I would like to agree with you on that probably because I believe in struggle more than any miraculous things or because it is more human to do miraculous things while still being human and un-supernatural.
