Where do you like to eat?

Hi there. As a family we make it a habit to eat at the table and use this time to talk about how each others days went, especially around dinner time... Usually if its me home alone, I will pull up a stool and eat at the breakfast bench... I refuse to let anyone eat else where, other then then dining table...

I like to eat while watching tv in my room for some reason and is pretty much the only place where I eat when im at home I just find it relaxing to me while watching a show I like and eating if we have to eat as a family I will go down and not eat and just bring up the food when there done of course for breakfast I eat at the table because im in a rush and dont have time for tv.

We eat at the table if my husband is awake. He worked nights, though, and our bedroom is right off the dining room, so if he is asleep when our son and I eat, we eat in the family room in the basement instead. I still put my toddler in his high chair, and I sit right beside him in a computer chair and we still talk like we would if we were sitting at the table. We don't eat with the TV on. Every once in a while, my husband and I will have breakfast in bed with the TV on when he gets home from work, if our toddler doesn't wake up when his daddy walks in the door.

no rules on eating. sometimes i eat while watching tv in the living room. not my habit to eat in bed.
