serve a tea or waste?

serve a tea? - please hold you hand, i dont like this

am i supposed to serve these waste to passersby or tourists or vistors who come over and enjoy sightseeing?i am designed to serve visitors with nice tea during their break beside me, but poor me what elso can i do? my tea cup always full of rubbish.whom should be shamed on?
