Guess what my duaghter called me a nerd yesterday!! All through school ( 20 some years ago) I was the popular one in school and up until yesterday I had taken that with pride. She came over to talk to me and I came out from my bedroom with my house clothes on and my slippers ( which were pink furry ones) and she told me that I looked like a nerd with what I was wearing. What in your opinoin is a nerd or geek? Back in the day it was a plaid shirt with a pen protector in the pocket - tucked in shirt with a belt in brown or black with shiny dress shoes - normally the one with the most books that you never seen them read. Then it was the ones with the bell bottomed jeans that seem to be in fashion now. So what is the nerd fashion nowadays? For me it is my slippers - t shirt and sweat pants. LOL hugs
