Are people who shout, clap, dance, and speak in tongues quacks or enthusiastic and excited about God?

I believe that folks who do those things are to some extent; I feel that with all things, you have some out there just showing off instead of praising the Lord as they should. Then you have folks who don't do those things and still are excited about the Lord as well.

Depends on the person and the environment. Publicly speaking in tongues without an immediate interpretation isn't biblical at all. Clapping and dancing you'll find in damn near any Missionary Baptist or (decent) Pentecostal church. I don't know about Apostolics though...... uhm, yeah. Blessed Be
