My daugter has been a Harry Potter freak since the publication of the first book. I laughed at her endlessly and poked fun at her for her obsession. She stood in line night before last at midnight to get a copy of the final book. She stayed up all night finishing it. Out of constant prodding by her and my crazy curiosity, I finally broke down and started book one. I was hooked after only a few pages! I am now into book two! Ha! Rowlings is an excellent author and story-teller!

I am envious because most of the adventure lies before you rather than behind you.

I won't get my hands on it until my niece flies over the Atlantic to stay here for five weeks on Tuesday. I am going to read her copy. I was going to buy my own but my mother said "Don't you dare!!!!!!" I can't wait. I'm very excited!

Our copy was delivered yesterday around 1:30 pm and I finished it a few hours ago. I didn't marathon read it. I just read the book like I would any other. Took about 5 hours to get through not much less than 800 pages. It was a good book, which made me happy. I didn't find #5 or $6 to be that great.

You know, I am not a fan. I read half of the first one and thats it. I read a lot of fantasy, so I don't know why Harry Potter doesn't appeal to me, I just couldn't get in to it. Happy Reading.

Hello anita!(",) I like to read Harry Potter series as well. I don't have the copy of the latest book yet. As of now, I am reviewing the movie from book 1 to 5. We are having a movie marathon as of the moment. I would love to read HP as well. Happy reading to you!(",)

I often seen it on yahoo mail, but I didn't had the time to really discover what it means. It was yester when one of my sisters told me about it and I came to know that its a book that has to do with story wrtten by somebody. Thanks and have a nice day.

Hello anita212! I got a copy of the last book yesterday, but I won't be reading it for a while. I figured I might as well reread the other six books to get into the story again, and since this is the final book it doesn't feel like there's that much of a rush to know how things happen. I will, eventually, and that is what matters.
