XM Satelite--Commercial free??

They claim to have 170 commercial-free channels. Well, that is not true. Some channels have commercials. I am wondering how they can get away with falsely advertising commercial-free channels. I listen to xm satelite and I dont intend to cancel my subscription, but it makes me angry when a commercial comes on. What do you think about this?
