dog is a good friend to human.it ia a faithful and a domestic animal.it is very near and dear to man.sometimes they are very ferocious and harmfull also, so keep them at a distance to the children.

I don't think this is very good advice.
Should someone lock their dog in a basement because they have children?
A dog should be treated with respect and the favor will be returned. Teach your children how to handle a dog correctly to avoid problems. Raise a dog without a heavy hand and with humane treatment and you won't have aggression problems.
I do believe that in 99% of dog bite cases, the person who was bit was at fault. Dogs are not born ferocious or vicious. . they are created by their irresponsible owners.

I guess it depends on the type of the dog if you should allow it to be near children or not.
