What's the matter with AdBux? Is it turning into a scam?

I am not receiving any ads from AdBux. I know some other people have the same problem but I am wondering if this is also the case for those who have an upgraded account. Do you have an AdBux upgraded account and do you receive ads? I am wondering if this program is going to turn into a scam.

I have already scammed by this site. I had no upgrade account. When I reached its payout limit, my log in failed. I tried for a week and quit it. Very often such money making program are treated as scam and we people unnecessarily waste our time with it. Thanks votreamie for valuable information.
