Do you use E-Gold?

Hi. I've been thinking about using E-Gold for a while now. I decided to sign up for one last night. But it's sort of confusing. Any one here has E-Gold account? How does it work exactly? I mean, how do you pay for stuff or put money in the account in the first place. I'm very confused of how to use it. What about the fees? The websites do not explain as well as I want them to. If anyone here knows how to use it, I would really appreciate it. I'm sort of not used to E-Gold since I've been using paypal most of the time. Please Help!
