Is it just me or is the money really low this month?

I don't think I'll ever be able to reach payout this month at all. I'm still just sitting on 3.70$ and it's almost the end of the month. Sure, I've been maybe just a little busy this past month, and haven't been my lotting as much as I used to, but there's not much of a difference, I'm here everyday, I've been starting discussions and making responses, and yet, money is not as it used to be. Is it the same with everyone?
I used to do the same thing before. Sometimes I would log on and just make comments to all the responses in my discussions and make a good 20 cents at least, and now I do that and make responses and still am crawling at a pace of 10 cents each day.
Do you think the payment system has changed? I hope not, I preferred the previous one.
Has the same thing been happening to you?

i really have just started so i don't know but i have read a few posts of people saying the same thing, so i guess this must be the case. yesterday i hardley posted but replied to alot of discussions and i got 20 points. there seems to be no rhyme or reason i really don't know how they work it out

Well, no one has quite figured out the system of my lot payments yet. It seems to be quite random, but I've definitely seen a drop in the payments, because I'm still doing the same quality stuff and in the same quantity too. But the numbers just don't seem to be moving.

Well, yeah, it does get harder and harder to find good discussions to respond to, but I still think there is a lot of potential in my lotters here, at least some of them. It's great when I find some really interesting my lotter, and I go through all their discussions and answer as many as I can.

I haven't been making much this past week, so definitely no payout for me this month. I'm not sure if the pay for each post has decreased, but I haven't been making many posts lately, so I can't really complain about the relatively low earnings. I hope to ramp up a little later this week, to reach my $10 earning level by end of next week.

i dunno even a thing about payment system in this site. Clearly, after joining 3 days and posts so many discussion and responses, finally I get $0.20 and 4 stars in my username. I dunno where is it comes from, and dunno how to create more money. If it run always like this, I wonder I can get money for this month

Well, don't worry about it too much, just seems like an off month to me, it's happened before, earnings have dropped and then come back up again. At least you'll be relieved to know that you do get paid here, and it's not just numbers you see on your screen that are just there, like other sites, you never see payout once you cash out with most of them. No one really figured out the actual system of payment. But I do hear lot of stress on quality.

I've been hearing this from alot of people. Maybe try getting more refferals? I hope it's fast money as it is said to be. I need about 5$'s and just started today. Hopefully it hasn't changed. Maybe you activity is down a bit? It might be without you even realizing due to a busyer schedule maybe.

Well, referrals are no use if they're not active, I've managed to get 6 referrals only and none of them have made anything, so it's all my work that I get paid from. And Rozie is right, there is no fast money here, you'll have to do quality stuff here, and let's just say that this month is slow, but you'll make 5$ in August for sure.

The payment amount has really gone down here this month. I think it is because they did all of the Contests. and had to somehow pay all of these people first, and then worry about paying the rest of us. I know I usually am within a dollar or two about this time of the month, and instead I am just over $2.
It does Frustrate me that the pay dropped like in 1/3 or more for the month compared to last month, and if it drops much more it would not pay. I admit I am not posting here like I used too do to the drop and not sure how to post to where I make something here anymore. All the things that worked before here do not work for me anymore.

yes, i do feel the difference as well... i am doing the same thing like the previous months and i usually will get my payout once every two months as i'm not really spending a lot of time here... but i will m iss out on my payment again this month for the third month which is the first time it happens to me... i think mylot has changed their payment system... i don't really care as long as they still pay and i just want to enjoy myself here... i treat the money as a bonus for me...

There are many reasons. For instance, this morning I have discovered a person who each day finds a new 'keyword' and then posts the same response to MANY discussions. (against the guidelines). There are people with numerous accounts. There are people who copy/paste recipes and call it a response. It is really getting bad and of course, the more responces, the less paid per response! The cheaters are siphoning money from those who follow the guidelines. It will be the slow demise of myLot.

Many of us have been doing just that...but it isn't helping. I reported one lady who copied/pasted the same reply into 26 discussions. They all remain and she is up and at it again today! She does this daily. I have reported over 50 people who do nothing but post referral lnks...and they are still active on the boards. It is a losing battle.

hmm... well, maybe because they're always just reported by you, but I guess if the real cheaters, like once, someone responded to my discussion and what they'd done was that they had copied the first two responses above them and just pasted those, now that should completely be kicked out. But I didn't report them then. Maybe I should have.

I think the old non spamming members should all form a sort of neighborhood watch. We should take out these spammers, why should they make money off of spam, and our quality amount to nothing? All we gotta do is scan and report and my lot can delete those accounts then. We need more moderators, I would want it to die off, just because of spammers.

I thought it was just me. I did take 10 days off, but I have made payout every month on this site and I am at $3.85 right now. I am finding it harder and harder to find quality discussions to participate in.

Yeah, it does get harder by the day to find good discussions but they're still out there. I like to look for the golden user, someone I come across, whose profile I can go through, and they have almost all good discussions going on. I love it when that happens.

I know I'm not going to reach payout this month, but I haven't really kept up with my goal of making at least 30 cents every day this month. It does seem like I've been getting paid less for the discussions I respond to and start, though.
I guess this means I either need to post a lot more, or get used to only getting paid every other month. :)

I will make payout this month only because I didn't last month. I was 13 cents short of $10.
I have noticed a drop though in what you earn. I haven't been too active this month, but when I am I don't get rewarded very good for what I do respond to and it is frustrating to put alot of time in here and not get what you should.
I enjoy reading the discussions and responding to them, but also need the money.

i think that to earn certain amount of money to your posts i that it has to have a valuable content for the readers, not just any crap info co'z i think the mods are always patroling the new posts every now and then. so i thinks it is better for you post less but post it with a reasonable content o be credited(or i think it is...) and well as for me, i'm just in it co'z i still have no decent rate of income on the net, so i'm still sticking with this one until i buy myself a money making program online^^.

Well, I have been a member here since January and I'm proud to say, it's been quality all the way through and I've seen really good results to that as well. I've made payout every month since I joined and easily too, doing the same amount of posting and commenting that I always do. It is a good program that's for sure, and it does payout, but there has definitely been a drop in the earnings, I would know, I've been here for a while now. I just wanted to know if others felt the same and noticed it too.
None of my 1000 something posts has been crap or anything close to it.

Yes, its has gotten pathetic and I think that we know the reason for this, there are so many stupid imbecile people on here causing us to lose out they are cheaters and need to be stamped out..(i have a discussion about these cheaters running at the moment)...

Hi, I've been away from myLot for a week coz I was hospitalized, I feel bad about it coz my goal of completing the amount needed for my first ever pay-out seems unreachable now.. I know have to work hard double time to be able to reach the exact amount for pay-out, so I am still trying my best.. I just wish I can make it..

I definitely have the same question. I was earning quite nicely last month and I was happy with my effort and the earnings. But since the start of this month, things are not quite the same. I still spend the same time around here posting things like I was in the last month and my earnings just dropped so dramatically that I couldn't believe it. I tried for the first two weeks and I was less motivated to come up on here now. I dropped by here less often and I admit that this is also a factor that my earnings is so slow this month. It's month-end and I am only on $3.09!

I've heard some Mylotters say lately Mylot pays less than before. I think so. This month until now my payment is $5.13, that means to say I am unable to reach the minimum payout this month. I still work hard here, but it's obvious that they change the payment rules. Maybe we have to post much more than before so that we can earn the equal payout like before.

yeah, maybe, but I like the quality over quantity thing like they had before, that's what made my lot different than the rest. Other sites were crap but if you posted many responses then you could make it, here it all depends on the quality and i hope it stays that way, because I was doing good then.

every time i see a discussion regarding the 'sudden' decrease in earnings i have to scroll through all the reply since there are so many such post RECENTLY and i cannot remember which one i have not replied to.
seems like everyone started to realize that mylot decrease the earnings recently. the first few post about this was flamed by a lot of people saying they were imagining things.
apparently not.
