Okay my mylot fam- I am about to begin the process of purchasing my very first home. I have a house I am considering- but I was wondering- what are the most important things I should be looking for when I do my first walk through tonight? Foundation? Repairs?
If any of you out there have any real estate knowledge- and you wouldn't mind sharing- I would love to know what you look for when purchasing a home.
I am not looking to purchase a home that needs a lot of repairs- I would like something I could move into right away. I look at my first house this afternoon- but before I do that- I just wanted some pointers- could anyone out there in mylot land help a sister out :) ???

I suppose it will not hurt to look at foundations etc...If you know what you are looking for..I know here in Oz we can get building inspectors to do this and and also check the moisture content...Depending on the age of the house makes a big difference, just check what you can see anyway...I dont know much about used houses because I have only had new houses and they were all freshly inspected by inspectors and council..
