Do you know the difference between green tea and red tea?Which one is better?

I like green tea all the time and I believe it does good for human health.Besides,I like its aroma.Although its not as strong as coffee,but its more refreshing.Compared to green tea,I dont konw much about red tea.My dear friends,how about you?Can you tell me the difference between them?

Red tea is will be commonly known as English Tea to the others. Its drank with sugar in it and so it actually taste sweet and have strong aroma. Green Tea is bitter but I personally like it a lot too. It has so many health benefits! (Prevent cancer, improve metabolism, detox etc)

The difference between green tea and red tea is based on whether there is a ferment for them or not. The color will be also different between them. The black tea is darker and the green tea has a light color. It seems that green tea is healthier and I like it much more.
