I've never hired one, but, I was one. The cases we did most were insurance cases, and of course some infidelity cases.

That is interesting. Did you work for a company or on your own?

I have never had one, but my real father hired one long ago to track me down. He told me he spent a lot of money in order to get it all done. I was a little bit shocked that he did that. Thankfully, I have never needed to investigate anyway.
I always think about those investigators on the Cheaters show though, it kind of intrigues me a little bit.

It does seem very interesting. I've always liked research, so I guess that's why I think I'd like that as a job. I love digging for details. Law and Order and CSI are probably my favorite shows because of the investigations. LOL
I wish I would have thought about more when I was in college. I'm not sure it's something I'd be able to do in life now.

You do have to go to school in Oklahoma. You also have to be CLEET certified. You have to have a license. There are a lot of opportunities out there for a P.I.. I own my own business. Alias Investigations in Tulsa, Ok. My husband is also a P.I.. We have a lot of fun working cases together. We do cheating spouse, child abuse, missing persons, insurance fraud, security guard, check on loved ones in nursing homes, and lots more. I love it.
