What helps you cheer up?

When you're feeling a little sad or upset, what helps you cheer up? Is there something you do, a song you listen to, a food you eat, a person you call? For me it's a few things, usually either I'll call my boyfriend or a friend or I'll eat some oreos. Oreos fix everything, lol!

I go window shopping a lot when times like these occurs. It frustrates me to stay at home because I'll get bored easily. I release my tensions through this stuff. ;)

Window shopping can be fun, I do that sometimes. However I have to remember to lock my purse in the car or I'll real shop instead of window shop.

I either call my friend or I come onto the internet and talk to friends and try to take my mind of what is making me sad, try to think happy thoughts and usually it helps... Otherwise when I'm sad and stay sad I usually have a really bad day so I try to change that and stop it from happening.....

That's good advice.

Hi there. What helps me cheerup, my children and listening to them tell me jokes or listening to them singing or acting something out... Also loud music cheers me up and going for a drive does too...
