In New York anthropologists are trying to decipher the meaning behind a segment of brick wall that was saved from demolition. The wall was originally part of an old warehouse that was to be torn down after 9/11 to make way for a parking garage. The symbols are triangular in shape. The building was once owned by the head of Colgate-Palmolive. They are really curious as to the meaning behind these markings could have several meanings, but they don't yet know which. Below is a picture of this wall with mysterious markings:

It certainly is odd, Calais. They seem to think that it's from some secret organization like the Masons or something. It could be anything really. Myay turn out to be something they should have left alone, LOL.

That really is interesting....I was reading up on a few articles about it, but nothing was revealed about what the symbol might mean---I found one good site about this...it mentions that the owner of the building William Colgate was a deeply religious Christian man, and the triangular symbol could represent the holy trinity...on the other flip of the coin, and this is my view, the triangle symbol was always a very esoteric symbol among those of a more metaphysical leaning....The Rosicrucians for example have used the upright triangle symbol to represent "above" while the inverted as "below" ..as in the saying "As so above, so below"---

That's good detective work, pyewacket. It seems that the building has changed hands a few times, but they did say that he thought enough of it to mention it in his will. I am aware of the Rosicrucians and their symbol. Maybe some genius will figure it all out.
