Prepaid credit cards

Does anyone use prepaid credit cards to complete offers on different sites? This was suggested to me, but I have yet to get one. Can you tell me where you buy them and also can you refill them using a credit card?
If you use them, how much do you suggest to put on the prepaid card?

i don't think you can use that for completing offers. pre paid credit cards don't have billing address, that's why those site reject that ( if i'm not mistaken ). but if you do want to get them big groceries stores like safeway/genuardis/cvs usually have them in gift cards section.

I never thought that they wouldn't take them because they want your address. Thanks for the info.

I tried to use one, one time and it wouldn't accept it, I had to get a regular debit card from Visa, or Mastercard!

Thanks for letting me know this. I was told that this was the way to do these offers.
