What makes you feel nostalgic?

We become nostalgic because of the things in the past, something we feel about because we don't have a lot of these anymore at present. The games we used to play while were yet kids. The songs or Christmas carols we were singing when holidays come during December. The places we used to visit as a family or groups. The old pictures during our elementary days and high school fun are worth reliving our memories that's why we become nostalgic. Even the smells or scents of some objects have recalling effects. Favorite movies of old days and TV programs we used to watch are quite inviting with the hope that they will be shown again.

Music takes me back to the first time I heard the song.And some movies take me back too. Like every time I see Grease, I remember waiting to see it in the theater. Or when I hear the Doobie Brothers' " Listen To the Music" , I remember going to school by mini bus.
