OMG I would be absolutely sick, I would never go back to that shop, I have heard of this sort of thing happening in factories where things fall into the big vats that food is being cooked in, here in Australia if this sort of thing happened the business would be receiving a visit from the health department and possibly shut down...oh this is so creepy....

I would contact the company that sold the bread to the store, because it wasn't entirely the store's fault. I would return the bread to the store, and they would return my money with no problem, but the company who delivered the bread to the store might also be willing to make some sort of additional compensation. I don't see any point in making a big scene about it. It wouldn't help anything, and most stores are more than willing to exchange any products that are not up to standard.

I would definitely freak out! I would bring the bread back to the store and make sure I got refunded for it, and then I probably wouldn't shop there anymore, and I definitely wouldn't want to buy that brand of bread anymore! I might just start baking my own, lol.

Oh, that just turned my stomach! Yuck! The worst part, is that it was on the equipment where the rest of the bread was also made! The bug is sliced, so the blades went through it. Oh, how I hope I didn't get a loaf after that one!
Thanks IL2Knit, for giving me a reason to go on a carb-free diet. LOL!
