I bought it for $24.99. I haven't read it all yet. In fact, I haven't gotten past the first page and this was a book I waited for at midnight with all the other Potter heads. I think I need to get the audio version and have someone read the story to me, like I'm a little kid.

In my opinion, out of the 7 books this one is the best. Since she started writing JK Rowling has definitely grown as an author and this can be seen in these works. I pre-ordered #7 months ago for about $18 USD including tax, originally with the intent of just finishing our collection (books 5 & 6 were just so-so), but ended up reading the book in about 4 hours over the weekend.

My nineteen-year-old daughter pre-ordered the book and is busy reading it. I am still on book #4 - she told me I better hurry up. :-)

No I haven't and I don't intend to buy.I've never been a Harry Potter fan and I'm not thinking to start liking it now.However I was thinking of queueing up last Saturday to get hold of the first few signed books by JK Rowling.Then,I changed my mind.
