How To Get More Referrals to Marketing Pond?

Hi guys im sure many of you here are actively involved in Marketing Pond a site where it contains a lot of links to paid to read,paid to click sites and traffic sites.Now my question is where the hell you guys can get many referrals??I have quite a lot but below 60 only and most of them are sleeping downlines! Im just really don't know how to get more downlines.I have joined traffic exchange sites,but i still struggling to get my downlines.Can anyone share your building downlines secrets and i would be happy to hear and maybe a guide for those who is in same place as i am.Pleaseee?
