I was viewing the CNN the other day and i saw areport on violent people who are arrested and later let go without actually checking them medically or passing thru Psychological Evaluation and they later commit murder, now would you believe that momentarily violence might be a result of Psychological Disorder? Let hera your vies and experiences with such.

After thing about it a bit. I do agree that some who commits a voilent crime should be evaluated before there realease. It would only make perfect sense to protect the community. Great idea.

Hi rusty2rusty, quite some time. Protection of the society is the main thing but unfortunately its the families of this violent people that gets them off the hook so manytimes and they are the ones being killed at the end of the day.

Yeah, I realize alot of families do that. But that is when steps need to be taken and make the laws stiffer. Where it is must to the voilent offenders. Even the first time offenders evaluated. If it is found any law enforcement or judicial employee side steps the evaluation, no matter how big they are...Then they need removed from the position they are in.

Yes you are right but i hope they accept. As i have a similar case in my neighbourhood now i have tried to advice them on taking the girl for treatment but they are not accepting there fate, the girl out of anger hit her brother with a stick later went to hit a stray dog and that one attacked her back! they want the dog killed but not the girl treated because this is not her first time. I warne my kids about her and warned her not to come near my house.
