Yes, I had been there two times and it is difficult to see the idol of the god during festival due to heavy movement of devotees.

If you really want to see the temple, you should not go during festivals. Thanks for the response and have a nice day.

I have never been abroad. I get to know most of the information about foreign countries from online reading and newpapers and TV news etc. I know that India is a great country with a lot of cultural relics especially many famous temples which look so beautiful in structure. And there has been a long long time that we two countries have been paying a visit to each other since the ancient time. I love the culture in India and love to watch Indian movies. When I was young, I started to love Indian movies and watched quite a few, but I am so sorry that I don't know how to say the name in English. They are so attractive and popular in China.

At school and in College (history specialization), scores of Chinese travellers had written extensively on Indian economy during the middle ages and it has been well documented. Thanks for evincing keen interest in Indian culture. I am also a keen observer and a traveller of a sort and like to visit as many countries as possible to know more about each country, its culture etc. Thanks for interesting response.

One of the Chinese ancient writers Mr. Wu Chen-en wtote a very novel entitled Journey to the West. In Chinese it means (in pinying) Xi You Ji. It tells us a lot about the journey to India and lots of hardships for the Chinese monks on their way to India before they got the books on Buddhist. It was made into films and TV series in the 1980s and is still enjoying popularity all through the country. I love it very much.

Hi ssh123! Oh, I have never been to India but that is one of the places I would want to visit someday and I would keep in mind to visit that hill called Melkote. Your culture is very rich and I know that the temples are great especially the architectural designs. The only temples I have seen are those in Thailand and China but of course, they are different from yours. Have a nice day and hoping to visit your country soon.

That is very fine. Hope you liked the temple. This temple has one of the rarest jewellery presented by devotees to God.
