Question about hosting and domain names

I have been using wordpress.org and justfree.com for my service. I just recently bought a hosting service and domain name from yahoo. I was wondering how I can get my information off of the wordpress and justfree to add it to the yahoo account?I am fairly new to all of this but I need to know so that I can add all of my information to my new domain name. Is there a way of doing this? If so, how?

Depends on how your data is sotred with your current host. Did you upload files, like jpeg and html files or don't you have access to those files?

Instead of doing this, I decieded to just point my domain name at the wordpress blog. It seemed much easier. I started a new discussion on this if you want to help me out then check out the new discussion about changing the index.html page.
