If your employer is willing to pay for various types of training programs for you, would you take it? Or are you satisfied with your job and where you are at now and not take the training? I am definitely going to take the training if the employer pays for it because I want to learn new things all the time as well as increase my chances of getting promoted or finding a better paying job. I get bored easily doing the same things all the time so I would do it for sure.

I definitely would take any free training my boss would offer..I don't think that is something I would need to concern myself about though..since I don't believe my boss would do that.
I always like learning new things.

If my employer is willing to pay for various types of training, I would consider going. But I will also see what's my employer's intention sending me there. If he just want me to learn and then he wants to add more work to me without an increase in salary, I would not want to go.

Where I work we are often sent to training classes that pertain directly to the job. But they also offer tuition reimbursement. If you are taking a class that has a direct or indirect impact on your job they will reimburse you the cost of tuition at 90% for an A, 80% for a B, and 70% for a C. I think that's a pretty good deal! But since I have a degree already I never have used it, although a lot of people here have.

My employer right now doesn't provide any training. And it really sucks! I mean, all the things I applied for work are just what I learned during college. It would have been better if this company provides any training or spend something so we'll go to educational seminar. Employees are company's assets, and there's a time that their value also depreciate. So, in order not to go to that time, employers should provide trainings to "increase" their employee's worth. It's also for the improvement of the company.

I would definately take the training. You should never passy by the offer of free education. Keeping the mind sharp and learning new things is important. Honing your job skills keeps you employed and perhaps will earn you a promotion.

I would take it too. I mean if it isn't going to cost me a thing and I will learn something, why not? I will go for it no problem.

Yes, I will take free training because I believe that an employer may expect its employees to update the skills. That's why they offer free training. I enjoy learning new skills Besides, free training is one of benefits offered by an employer.
