'Samba' dance... / myLot

Who likes to dance 'Samba' in here? ... I would love to try but haven't done it just yet personally, just got the interest while watching people do the Samba on TV, like the movements and it seemingly like exercising our body muscles make it flexible lols:-) Has anyone of you here done this Samba dancing already? If so, how do you truly find this kind of dancing?

I used to dance samba now and again, but being a musician (funnily enough) I do not like dancing too much. When I was professional, I used to play many ballroom type dances, the samba included - much rather play it than dance it - that makes me lazy -LOL

Well good enough for you derek you have the experience dancing Samba and I bet you can still do the groove movements if you never stopped dancing it. :-)

I think its been that long since I danced samba that I have forgotten how to do it.. LOL.

You shouldn't forget that easy as you have done it before and I believe 'till now you can still...you're just being humble enough to admit it LOL

I hate to admit it, but that would rate right there with the splits...I'd injure myself even then. But I love to watch other couples do the dance. It is so awesome, and the music is terrific!

Yeah Kat, you're right...the only one thing I hate about it is when it's time to split lols, I just can't do it. But yeah, just enjoy watching other couples do the dance, very amazing.
