Consider there is no relation at all on the earth. How do you think the people of the world would behave?

Without religion we would have 1/3 less reason to kill complete strangers. Without religion the strong would have less way to control the weak. Without religion people could love one another. We could learn to truly live life. ------or--------- We'd still be a pack of wild savages in sophisticate clothing. Just without the religion to bog us down. Force

I think that people would actually behave pretty much the same without religion as they do with it. Most people who do good in the world do it because they care for their fellow human beings rather than because they are sucking up to God. Similarly, bigoted people use religion as an excuse for their bigotry. For example, some people full of homophobic hatred and bile insist on using the Bible to support their stance. If Christianity did not exist then would they suddenly accept gay people? I don't think so. People don't fight and kill each other because of religion; they use religion as the excuse to fight and kill each other. If people didn't have religion to justify the way they behave they would just go ahead and invent other excuses.

Hi navtech. If that happens..i wanna talk about our country, there will no war between india and pakistan and war between two of our religions.I too think like there should be no religion .It makes everybody to feel all are equal and we might have some stong sternght throught the world. But religions also helps a lot human s i think. They refresh ourselves on festivals where we meet one another and some more

A religion is a set of common beliefs and practices of people, even before the early stages of civilization, people have common beliefs and practices, and its considered pagan. so even without the formal religion that we have today.i think people would still have relation with each other

Dear larskie23, Your comments are right. Because our Hindu religion had no name previously but a name of given by British. As you said without a name of religion Hindus has a set of commen beliefs and practices from the time immorial. Thank you for your comments.
