What kind of glue do you use on beads?

I put together native American crafts including ear rings. These last few ear rings have been with the silver hoops and beads radiating out from it(four size 11 beads sewed outward from the hoop) and now I cannot get them to stay n line (they flop around and do not stay like a Mohawk hair cut). Does any one have any ideas on how to keep them in line (like a Mohawk hair cut)?
