Do sometimes dream of crying so hard tha you suddenly wake up crying?

This happens to me for the fourth time. It usually starts in my dream. Usually something tragic or something sad has happened in my dream. I cried so hard that I started waking up and sobbing uncontrollably. Is there anybody who has something like this happened to you?
