what makes your temper sky rocketing?

My temper tends to be on a short fuse anyway. I don't like people getting in my face and running their mouth, I can't stand to hear anyone insult my family or friends.

I get easily irritated by people who ask for things that they don't need even when there's no occasion and they don't work to try to get these things themselves. Like, my husband's nieces and nephew loves asking us for cellphones or iPods and we know that they need other things more badly than these but they don't seem to appreciate the value of hard work or money.

If you deliberately and maliciously make a false accusatonagainst me, i will really get pi**ed up! My temper will climb to boiling point and I could be really red!

When people are rude for absolutely no reason. It happens all the time on here, and in every-day life. I also get really frustrated when employees of a store are rude. What ever happened to good customer service? Sometimes you ask an employee for help and it's like they get all annoyed, but it's their job! That makes me really mad as well, and I will be rude right back!

My temper runs high..when somebody shouts at me...without any fault of mine and when someone become discourteous to me...without any reason. I retaliate, as per the sitution. What do you do in such cases?
