Copycat!!! Extremely Annoying

What do you do when a friend (a good one) of yours starts copying you. A friend of a friend is starting to get really annoying. From shoes, to tops, to THE HAIR!,to favorites, to exercising and diet, to eating right to the color of the nail polish! UGH! She just keeps on going ang going! My friend is not telling her but is really irritated when she wears the same outfit she wore yesterday! Do you have any similar experience? How did you manage? Thanks !

I think they call it a form of flattery. If a person tries to be like another person. I've never had that problem. No one wants to be like me. I would like to have someone who admires me. I have seen it with some of my friends. I have done it to a friend. I grew my mustache just like my friend and he made fun of me so I shaved it off. But I think it is cool to have a person follow another. It just shows you have good taste and are a leader.

Hi totty1969, thanks! I try as much as I can to just ignore it cus she's a good friend and you are right, I just try to think of it as a form of flattery and that the person is looking up to me.

I have the same problem like you. I have an annoying friend who copies what I have or do. I actually started a discussion about this like minutes ago. I was just surprised she bought the same dress I have reserved from my favorite shop yesterday. I just don't like it. She's been irritating me for sometime, wearing the same clothes, even copies how I say things and my expressions. I know I may sound judgemental but it is really annoying already. I just try to ignore her but sometimes she just gets in my nerves and it upsets me too much.
