I have seen that Mylot reputation with the Star of some user's name? Can anyone can explain what is that and How we can get the status?

You will get your fist star when you hit 100 posts. Whatever number is in the star, is your reputation. You get your reputation by others rating your posts positive or negative. Don't worry if it isn't as high as you want it. Your reputation can easily get higher, and easily get lower.

Thanks. Since being in the first day in Mylot. I got coonfused some body having 8, 9, 10.... So 10 means they are doing good here right? Is it must to rated each and every discussion. everyone doing the same here?

Ten is the highest you can go, but 8,9, and ten are all considered to be good. You don't have to rate everyone, but it helps to rate them because they in turn might rate you.

Hi greatsaran and welcome to mylot.The star by your name you will get when you have reached atleast 100 post.The more (+) that members rate you the higher your star is with 10 being the highest.Take care:)
