what will you do first when you fall in love with a girl?

While I am very methodical in many things, when it comes to love I am shy and not very premeditated. I would to be nice as that is the type of person that I am. I definitely would be nervous which would lead to some awkwardness I'm sure. I would probably ask her out to dinner or something similar depending on the circumstances and I definitely would pay. I'm old enough that I have fallen in love or thought I had fallen in love a few times(actually only one of those was really the real thing which is a very hard thing to know for sure) and to be honest I just don't remember the exact details of most of the early stages. The one true one, I do remember the first time I saw her and passing her on campus a few days later and seeing her come down the stairs where she lived when I went to pick her up for our first date; I don't remember what we did on that first date. There are so many pitfalls that can get in the way of getting off on the right foot and really being in love just makes it even harder.
