why boys like blue and girls like pink?

Maybe it just like the song goes:"Roses are red and violets are blue".Girls are like roses and they like to be beautiful and lovely.Meantime,pink is a kind of red,and it's pretty and lovely.Also,girls are like roses to be proud and always ride the high horse. In contrast,boys tend to be more humble,just like violets.They are pretty but not thrusting.The violets on the lower ground always lift their head up to look up to roses which are higher above them.And I think that would be the reason that boys chasing girls.:) That's only my opinion.

It's not that the genders necessarily LIKE those colours, it's that when boys and girls were babies, they were dressed in those colours so that people could tell them apart. I don't know how that got started. As a girl grew up she felt OK wearing blue, but sadly most guys hate wearing pink because they think it's girly. Thank God I am engaged to a man who doesn't mind wearing pink. I think both should be able to wear whatever colours they choose.
