families steal?

Is there any one in your family who steals things or money from you or other people? My sister steals from all of us. She has a key to my moms house & when they r not home she goes in and steals there stuff. She steals my stuff & my money too. We had to use gorilla glue on my nices piggy bank cause she kept stealing her money, her own daughters money that me and my mom had gave her. Is there someone in your family like that? How do you deal with them?
