Help My Avatar Dance

My avatar is funkily dancing in my profile.However it rejects to dance beside my writings.I dont know why it does so??A friend of mine told me its because i need to put a 16x16 gif image.But i dont want to sacrifice this avatar of mine.Can you help me resize this or suggest any other method to make my avatar dance??

You need to resize it to 60 x 60 pixels. If you have a link to it, I will be happy to do that for you.

Yeah its dancing now.. but it wasn't before.. thanx to sunshinecup for making it dance.. anyway thanx for your concern..
