Do u know what is business plan?If you are a business student then u can know it very well.But I was a science student,newly I am interested in business.So I studied a little about business plan,which I want to discus with you all.A business plan is a document that summarizes the operational and financial objectives of a business and contains the detailed plans and budgets showing how the objectives are to be realized,because the business plan contains detailed financial projections,forecasts about someone's business performance and a marketing plan,it's an incredibly useful tool for business planning.For anyone stating a business, it's a vital first step.The business plan and the investment proposal have the same contents.Anyone can think of an investment proposal as a business plan with a different audience.The business plan is considered an internal document,unlike the investment proposal,which is designed to be presented to external agencies.So a business plan is a document prepared by a company's management,detailing the past,present and future of the company.

Hi apuroy11! Well, you have defined business plan precisely, it is like a feasibility study. However, business plans should always be working hand in hand with intuitive management..which means you also need to rely on gut feel. Just like the Japanese who are very successful, they just don't rely on statistics but also with their gut-feel! Have a nice day!

Business planning is a way of assessing the past performance of a company to determine or come up with a plan for the future days. It's a method that involves analization, comparison, assessment, evaluation, conclusion and developing a certain objective or goal as a guide to meet the target of the given period. This requires the salient points of the company performances and this will turn out to be the guiding tool of the company to reach its main objective.
