Staying up on mylot - am i doing too much?

I really really want to stay online and post more discussions and respond to some as well. But my eyes feel like they were poked a thousand times, I've been up for 20 hours now and I guess this would be my last discussion for the day.
Is this normal? Do you guys stay as much time as you can on mylot just to post and give responses? I wanna know if Im doing too much of mylot.
Btw, I earned 23 cents last night.
