Best album to listen to in hard times

Ok so we all go through these periods of really tough times where everything just hits at once and it is like whoa. It could be a number of things: too much work, drama in the personal life, stress....you name it. Do any of you have a favorite album you listen to when going through this kind of thing? I am listening the The Killers Hot Fuss right now. Uptempo album with good lyrics.

If i'm pissed i listen to Dream Theater's "Train of Thought" to release the anger. If i wanna hear something soft, i listen to Nitin Sawhney and relax instantly.

I used to listen to Alanis Morissette's first CD, called Jagged Little Pill. On the other side of the spectrum of hard times, I would recommend the soundtrack to the movie Hope Floats, with Sandra Bullock. The song on there that is the best is called "To Make You Feel My Love."
